Marketing Account Manager

At CLEAResult, we are seeking a Marketing Account Manager to work remotely but must reside in Eastern PA or Western NJ for client meetings.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary marketing liaison for assigned clients, maintaining satisfaction and strengthening relationships.Identify opportunities to expand services and introduce innovative marketing tactics, channels, or service line offerings.Nurture new business opportunities within existing clients to meet revenue targets.Collaborate with Business Development, Program teams, and Program Directors to grow opportunities across territories.Develop an understanding of market nuances for assigned client groups, including competitive landscape, top-performing strategies, and consumer demand.Work with senior account managers on day-to-day marketing planning, development, and execution for a suite of clients.Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly results and annual forecasts) and interpret data analytics to inform strategy and optimize performance.Draft creative/strategy briefs and ensure alignment with client requirements.Partner with producers to shepherd projects from conception to completion, managing project code setup and resource allocation.Participate in campaign reviews and translate client feedback into actionable steps.Collaborate with Financial Operations and Producers to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.Assist in meeting agency KPIs and revenue goals.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications (preferred).5+ years of relevant experience in marketing account management, client services, or related fields.Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns and project management.Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work remotely and reside in Eastern PA or Western NJ.Ability to meet DOT qualification requirements if applicable.Must be authorized to work in the country without employer sponsorship.Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks.CompensationAnnual salary range: $65,700 to $98,600 USD.BenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance.Company-paid health care concierge service.401(k) with company match.Paid vacation, sick, personal, and parental leave.Paid volunteer time.Employee Recognition Program (gift-card conversion).Employee Assistance Program.Access to on-demand training courses.Equal Opportunity EmployerAs an Equal Opportunity Employer, we are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for all job applicants and employees.
