Marketing Account Manager

This is a full-time hybrid role based in the San Diego area. This role is a fit for someone who thinks big-picture, sweats the details, and genuinely enjoys both the creative and the operational sides of marketing. Develop and shape creative concepts and marketing strategies across a range of client accounts and channelsServe as a key point of contact for clients — building trust, managing expectations, and keeping relationships strong and communicativeTranslate client goals into clear, actionable campaign plans and creative briefsGuide brand voice and messaging to ensure consistency and quality across every deliverableManage project timelines, workflows, and team coordination to keep work on track and on budgetCollaborate with designers, writers, and senior staff to bring campaigns to lifeContribute to new business pitches, creative brainstorms, and proposalsOversee content calendars and channel planning (social included) as part of broader campaign executionTrack performance, draw insights, and present results in clear, client-ready reporting 3+ years of experience in marketing, with a mix of creative and strategic responsibilitiesProven ability to manage client relationships with professionalism, tact, and confidenceStrong creative instincts paired with strong organizational and project-management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication, with a polished client-facing presenceComfortable balancing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentSolid understanding of marketing principles across channels — digital, social, content, and brandA Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience with project-management and marketing tools (e.g., Basecamp, Meta, Sprout Social) is a plusFamiliarity with creative tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a bonus This position is based in the San Diego, CA area, with a hybrid schedule that blends remote flexibility with occasional in-person collaboration.
