Marketing Account Manager

PCCA Houston, Texas

Assist the Director of Accounts in annual strategic marketing planning for PCCA’s core business, assigned departments and business units. Lead cross-functional account teams, including task and deadlines assignment. Build and maintain strong relationships and ongoing communications with account stakeholders (including Director of Accounts, VP of Marketing & Communications and Chief Marketing Officer) to ensure alignment of account goals, strategies and tactics, including: Collecting input/content Writing creative briefs, proposals and plans Running meetings – setting agendas, leading discussions, following up Setting deadlines and ensuring on-time execution/delivery Monitor content and design for accuracy, consistency with corporate strategies, messaging platforms and brand guidelines Presenting creative/campaign elements for review/approval Developing and managing account budgets, including outside production costs Identifying and tracking impactful performance indicators for accounts, campaigns and channels Reporting campaign/plan results, including data-driven insights and recommendations for strategy improvement Develop and execute email communications/campaigns for assigned accounts. Maintain proficiency with the PCCA project management software and collaborate with Marketing Operations to ensure deadlines and goals are met. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field 6 to 10+ years in marketing roles with progressively expanded responsibilities, including: Development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns that grew sales, increased customers, gained audiences and generated a significant return on investment Contribution to digital marketing platforms including website, email and social media Excellent communications skills, including written, verbal and public speaking Ability to solve problems, adapt to changing needs and make decisions Ability to manage and prioritize multiple campaigns and projects for core business and individual accounts/business units Experience developing key metrics to track and report the impact of overall and specific marketing efforts Motivated to stay continually informed of the latest marketing and digital trends Experience with marketing automation platforms and Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign and Photoshop, a plus
