What We’re Looking For
The Marketing Account Manager is charged with successfully planning and executing marketing strategies to increase sales and utilization of PCCA products, services and business units. Working within our in-house agency team, this role leads cross-functional account teams and balances strategic planning with hands-on execution.
What You Will Do
Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of the compounding industry, PCCA’s core business, departments and individual accounts/business units.Assist the Director of Accounts in annual strategic marketing planning for PCCA’s core business, assigned departments and business units.Develop and implement multi-platform marketing and communications campaigns/programs for assigned accounts/business units in collaboration with stakeholder teams, Creative Director and Director of Accounts.Manage accounts using agency best practices and processes, building strong relationships and ongoing communications with account stakeholders (including Director of Accounts, VP of Communications and Chief Marketing Officer) to ensure alignment of account goals, strategies and tactics, including:Collecting input/contentWriting creative briefs, proposals and plansRunning meetings – setting agendas, leading discussions, following upSetting deadlines and task assignments to ensure on-time execution/deliveryConfidently and professionally hold stakeholders at all levels to agreed-upon priorities, timelines and processes while maintaining a collaborative culture.Monitor content and design for accuracy, consistency with corporate strategies, messaging platforms and brand guidelinesPresenting creative/campaign elements for review/approvalDeveloping and managing account budgets, including outside production costsReporting campaign/plan results, including data-driven insights and recommendations for strategy improvementLeverage and optimize marketing channels for maximum effective reach.Champion and facilitate the increased use of digital marketing tools and support infrastructure for expanded lead generation and qualification, improved customer experience, increased targeting capabilities and impactful personalization.Maintain proficiency with the PCCA project management software and collaborate with Marketing Operations to ensure deadlines and goals are met.May lead and directly manage marketing account coordinators and/or marketing account specialists.
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field6 to 10+ years in marketing roles with progressively expanded responsibilities, including at least two years in a marketing or advertising agency (or in-house agency) managing accounts and client relationships, including:Development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns that grew sales, increased customers, gained audiences and generated a significant return on investmentContribution to digital marketing platforms including website, email and social mediaDevelopment of key metrics to track and report the impact of overall and specific marketing effortsExcellent communications skills, including written, verbal and public speakingSkilled at building consensus and guiding stakeholders at all levels toward agreed-upon priorities and timelinesSolves problems independently, adaptable to changing needs and make decisions that align with business goalsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple campaigns and projects for core business and individual accounts/business unitsMotivated to stay continually informed of the latest marketing and digital trends
