Marketing Account Manager

Role Description The Marketing Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in East Greenwich, RI. This position manages client relationships, serves as the primary point of contact, and ensures campaigns are aligned with client goals and brand strategy. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and presenting marketing plans, coordinating project timelines, and working closely with internal teams in creative, digital, and production to deliver integrated campaigns. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, preparing reports, and proactively identifying opportunities to optimize results and drive client growth. The Marketing Account Manager also supports new business opportunities through proposals, meetings, and ongoing collaboration with the sales and leadership teams.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Account Management skills, including client relationship building, expectation setting, and campaign oversight.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, presentation abilities, and active listening.Candidates should possess Sales and Lead Generation skills, including identifying opportunities, nurturing prospects, and supporting proposal development.Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, prioritization, timeline management, and cross-functional coordination.Relevant qualifications include experience in marketing or advertising agencies, familiarity with digital and social media marketing, and comfort with performance metrics and analytics tools.Additional beneficial qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, strong problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative, client-focused mindset.
