Client Strategy & Leadership • Translate the client's mission and goals into clear, actionable marketing strategies • Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for assigned accounts • Lead client meetings focused on performance, optimization, and next-step recommendations • Guide clients toward clarity when priorities compete or capacity is limited Internal Collaboration • Clearly represent client goals and constraints to internal cross-functional teams • Contribute to process improvement, documentation, and shared learning • Coach or support other strategists as needed, based on experience level
