An FSM Account Strategist is the primary marketing consultant for a portfolio of client partners, leveraging the high-quality services provided by FSM’s production teams to achieve client goals. The position is responsible for building relationships with all clients in the portfolio, devising their intentional marketing strategies, communicating the value provided by those ongoing strategies, and acting as liaison between clients and the internal team. You are driven by a desire to get the job done and care about achieving your clients’ goals. Proven experience in managing multiple client relationships and strategies Effective organization and time management skills Impeccable written and phone communication skills Knowledge and pursuit of leading-edge advertising, marketing, and technology trends Knowledge of metrics and reporting, and experience communicating data in a simple way Self-starter who thrives in a rapidly-changing environment High-energy team spirit with a dedication to team success and commitment to agency excellence 3+ years of marketing and communications experience in an agency environment (additional experience on the client-side is strongly considered)
