About the Role We are looking for a Marketing Activation and Social Media Manager to join our growing marketing communications team. This hybrid role bridges digital marketing strategy, campaign performance analysis, and social media amplification—focused on driving meaningful consumer engagement and conversion across the marketing funnel. Key Responsibilities • Manage and amplify paid media campaigns across social platforms by reposting and repurposing content to maximize reach and performance • Develop and implement social media strategies that support broader digital marketing campaigns and drive funnel conversion • Analyze campaign performance across platforms using Google Analytics and Excel, optimizing efforts to meet KPIs • Present performance insights to internal stakeholders with clear recommendations based on campaign results and user behavior • Collaborate with the marketing communications team to support digital activation, email campaigns, direct mail, and event-driven programs • Understand the full consumer journey, leveraging insights to refine strategies across touchpoints • Assist in the development of marketing materials for activations, including social posts, landing pages, and CRM touchpoints • Maintain and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), tracking results to support ongoing improvements • Stay current with industry trends, platform changes, and best practices in digital and D2C marketing Must-Have Qualifications • 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or digital D2C, including email, social media, and paid media amplification • Demonstrated understanding of marketing funnel strategies and experience driving conversion-focused campaigns • Proficient in Google Analytics (or Adobe Analytics) and Excel for marketing performance reporting • Strong skills in social media strategy, campaign execution, and platform-specific best practices • Excellent presentation, organizational, and communication skills • Proven ability to analyze data, connect insights to business goals, and take action • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field • Stable employment history (minimum 2 years per role preferred) with measurable campaign results reflected on resume
