ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute online advertising campaigns across display, social media, and email marketing platformsUtilize email marketing platforms like Klaviyo and Clever Tap to create, schedule, and optimize campaignsCoordinate and traffic ad creatives to appropriate partners ensuring timely deliveryManage creative assets including banners, landing pages, and email templatesMonitor and analyze key performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROIIdentify and resolve technical issues related to ad serving, tracking, and reportingEnsure all marketing materials comply with company policies and industry regulationsRequirements2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, email marketing, or advertising operationsProficiency in email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Clever Tap, Mailchimp, etc.)Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email and landing page designExperience with Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and ad tracking toolsBasic graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or similar softwareFamiliarity with AI‑assisted tools like ChatGPT or Claude for marketing workflowsStrong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and performance optimizationPreferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or businessExperience with WebflowPrior experience in investor relations or financial services marketingExperience working within a marketing agencyFamiliarity with DSPs and programmatic platforms like The Trade Desk or DV360About the CompanyMode.
