Marketing Assistant

Pay Range: $30/hour to $42/hour

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and culturally in-tune Marketing Assistant to support a fast-paced team working across multiple active projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is passionate about music and culture, and can confidently manage both administrative and creative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the marketing team, including:
• Booking travel arrangements
• Managing expenses and calendars
• Scheduling calls and meetings in a timely manner
• Take detailed, accurate notes during meetings and follow through on action items
• Manage and track multiple ongoing projects simultaneously
• Coordinate across teams located on different floors, ensuring seamless communication and execution
• Support asset management and organization of marketing materials
• Assist in the creation of marketing tools such as decks and one-sheets
• Contribute creative input, particularly for culturally relevant campaigns and artist initiatives

Qualifications
• Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in note-taking and follow-up execution
• Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, high-volume work environment
• Passion for hip-hop, R&B, and cultural trends, with an understanding of the evolving music landscape
• Ability to stay culturally aware and bring fresh insights to support artist growth

Preferred Skills
• Experience with design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to create compelling decks, one-sheets, and pitch materials
• Graphic design experience or a strong visual eye is a plus
