Marketing Administrative Assistant

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the marketing team Assist in coordinating and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives Monitor, filter, and manage incoming email communications to the department, prioritizing messages and responding or drafting replies Manage calendars, schedules, and deadlines for marketing projects Assist with events, community outreach, and firm initiatives as needed Assist with data entry, reporting, and marketing analytics tracking Organize and maintain marketing assets, files, and databases Coordinate postal mailings, shipping, and delivery tracking for marketing materials and client communications Handle general administrative tasks and special projects as needed Maintain brand consistency across marketing materials and communications Qualifications: Prior administrative, marketing, or office support experience required Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments Professional demeanor when interacting with internal teams and external partners Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred or related ongoing classwork.
