About Us

We are a North Little Rock–based marketing agency working with a variety of local and regional businesses across multiple industries. Our work ranges from social media and websites to video, design, and campaign strategy, and we are looking for someone who can help keep everything organized and moving on schedule.

Role Overview

This is a hybrid role that blends marketing support with administrative coordination. You will help with light creative work in Canva while making sure projects, tasks, and deadlines are clearly organized and communicated.

What You’ll Do

Assist with day-to-day marketing tasks for multiple clients, including content prep, scheduling, and basic reporting.

Create and edit simple graphics in Canva for social posts, email, and other marketing assets.

Help maintain content calendars, task lists, and project timelines so deadlines are met.

Coordinate and schedule social media posts and occasional email campaigns.

Organize files, assets, and links so the team can quickly find what they need.

Take notes in meetings, recap action items, and follow up to keep projects on track.

Communicate clearly with the team about progress, questions, and potential roadblocks.

What We’re Looking For

Strong organization skills and attention to detail.

Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks without constant reminders.

Clear, responsive communication by email, text, and project management tools.

Basic experience with Canva or similar tools and a good eye for visuals, spacing, and branding.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment serving several clients at once.

Self-starter mindset, willing to ask questions early and take ownership of assigned tasks.

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
