Sierra Pacific Federal Credit Union is looking for an innovative Marketing Administrator to help tell our story, grow our membership, and strengthen our presence throughout Northern Nevada.

You'll play a key role in shaping how our members experience Sierra Pacific while working directly with leadership to bring ideas to life that positively impact our members and our community.

What You'll Do

As our Marketing Administrator, you'll be responsible for planning, creating, and executing marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, grow membership, and support the strategic goals of the credit union.

Your work will include:

Developing and executing marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, social media, and traditional advertising.
Creating compelling marketing materials, brochures, videos, presentations, and promotional content.
Managing the credit union's social media presence and online reputation.
Coordinating community events, sponsorships, trade shows, and business development activities.
Building relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and sponsor groups.
Analyzing campaign performance and recommending new strategies based on results.
Conducting market research and monitoring industry trends.
Supporting new product launches and promotional campaigns.
Coordinating the Credit Union's Annual Meeting and other major events.
Assisting with member communications and responding to member feedback when appropriate.
Working closely with leadership to develop innovative marketing strategies that help grow the organization.

Understands digital marketing, branding, and social media best practices.
Can analyze marketing performance and use data to improve results.
Is highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
Enjoys collaborating with others while taking ownership of projects.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent industry certifications)
At least one year of marketing or related experience
Experience with social media management and digital marketing
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
Graphic design, video production, or content creation experience is a plus
Valid driver's license and willingness to attend community events
