This role will be responsible for facilitating and streamlining marketing processes and procedures, coordinating cross-functional marketing projects and special events, and ensuring seamless traffic management for both digital and physical assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on marketing operations, inventory management, and event coordination, with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Basic Qualifications Must be 21 years or older Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, event planning, or project management Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams and departments Familiarity with inventory management and event coordination is a plus Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus Key Competencies Organization: Ability to efficiently manage multiple moving parts and ensure projects are completed on time Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with different teams and external vendors Problem-Solving: Proactive and solution-oriented approach to address challenges as they arise Detail-Oriented: Strong focus on accuracy, especially in managing inventories and coordinating logistics Managerial Responsibility There are no managerial responsibilities for this position. While working in this environment, employees will be required to wear appropriate protective gowning (provided uniform scrubs) and equipment.
