Job Description : One of Fortune's Best Places to Work, Perkins Coie, LLP, a leading international law firm, is seeking an experienced Advertising Marketing & Promotions Associate or Counsel with at least seven years of relevant experience. • The ideal candidate will have substantive experience in various areas of advertising law, consumer protection law, and marketing transactions, such as drafting and negotiating ad agency, influencer, celebrity endorsement, sponsorship, online media buying, and other marketing and promotion agreements; • reviewing ad copy for false advertising, claim substantiation, IP, and right of publicity issues; counseling on contest and sweepstakes compliance; Candidates interested in being located in the Pacific Northwest are preferred but not required.
