Brand Development Team | Hiebing | Madison, WI Hiebing is hiring a  Marketing & Advertising Account Executive to join our Brand Development team at our integrated advertising agency in Madison, Wisconsin. The Role As a Marketing & Advertising Account Executive, you manage day-to-day client relationships and keep integrated marketing initiatives moving. • Strategic Contribution: Build a strong understanding of the client’s business, industry and audience, then use that insight to help shape marketing initiatives grounded in brand strategy. • Creative Collaboration: Help build strong creative briefs and plans and give feedback that keeps the work on strategy and grounded in audience insight and client objectives. What You Bring • 2–5 years of experience in an advertising agency, marketing agency or brand marketing role • Strong communication skills and confidence working with clients and internal teams • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment • Curiosity about brands, audiences and marketing strategy • Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work • A collaborative mindset aligned with Hiebing’s “We Before Me” culture Why Hiebing Smart, kind people.
