Marketing & Advertising Account Executive

Hiebing is hiring a  Marketing & Advertising Account Executive to join our Brand Development team at our integrated advertising agency in Madison, Wisconsin. Client Partnership: You’ll be the go-to day-to-day contact for your accounts, keeping clients and internal teams aligned, moving decisions forward, and turning feedback into clear direction for the work. Creative Collaboration: Help build strong creative briefs and plans and give feedback that keeps the work on strategy and grounded in audience insight and client objectives. 2–5 years of experience in an advertising agency, marketing agency or brand marketing role Strong communication skills and confidence working with clients and internal teams Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment Curiosity about brands, audiences and marketing strategy Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work A collaborative mindset aligned with Hiebing’s “We Before Me” culture Comfort leveraging AI-enabled tools while applying thoughtful judgment to ensure work remains accurate, effective and aligned with client goals and Hiebing's standards of excellenceWhy Hiebing Smart, kind people.
