Tierwest is a performance-driven firm based in El Paso, partnering with some of the biggest names in telecommunications to bring their services to market through direct, face-to-face sales and marketing. We're looking for an Entry Level Marketing Assistant to join our team, support our sales campaigns, and help represent leading telecom brands — including B2C accounts — in the local market.
Support the planning and execution of in-person sales and marketing campaigns for telecom clients Engage directly with customers to promote brand offers and services Assist with gathering customer feedback and market insights Sales support, B2C sales fundamentals, marketing execution, brand representation, customer engagement, campaign coordination, and cross-functional collaboration — a strong foundation for a career in sales, marketing, or brand management. No experience required — full training provided Pay & Development This role offers weekly pay, with average first-year earnings between $4,800–$5,975 per month, including performance-based bonuses.
