We are looking for a full time, long term Marketing Manager to advise and execute on everything related to our marketing efforts and brand perception. We would like you to spend 50% of your time at our office in West Seattle, and the other 50% working remote. Your time will be spent mostly on direct digital marketing efforts, creation and design of quality website and content production, and management & optimization of our ad budgeting. \\- Excellent communication: You will work closely with multiple departments and staff and must be able to not only advise and direct our efforts, but manage the assistants you have to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. (google ads experience is a plus, but we can provide a part time assistant for this) \\- Update and maintain all website content \\- Create, edit, and share quality content (example: all staff need headshots and bio’s added to website) \\- Build and send bi-weekly email marketing campaigns using Active Campaign \\- Update and optimize our brand presence across all digital lead gen platforms \\- Advise on marketing strategies, architect plans, and execute \\- Create and edit designs of print materials and ensure all content remains on-brand Compensation will vary based on experience and what you can bring to the table, but is likely between $60 and $120k with significant opportunities to grow with the company over the next 3-5 years.
