**This is a hybrid position**
Responsibilities:
Manages billing processes for invoice payment, including detailed review of all media buys, as well as ad agency estimates and purchase agreementsVerifies that all media invoices align with approved media buys and all TV and/or radio spots ran in programming or daypart purchased, with correct creative, correct cost per spot/impression Utilizes Financial Accounting System, Dynamic AX to create annual purchase agreements and purchase ordersProvides clarification and communications to senior management on billing-related matters, Works closely with advertising agenciesRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of experienceKnowledge of budget management.Knowledge of financial reporting and analysisSkills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.Ability to pay close attention to details.
Hiring Rate: $61,804 (this exempt position will be filled at or near the posted salary)
