Compensation: $35,000 + DOE + Bonuses based on team production Compensation: $35,000 + Responsibilities: In this role, you will lead cross-functional efforts in the development and execution of marketing plan strategies, including: • Client-focused marketing materials, strategic selling support, and promotions • You will be responsible for communicating annual plans and performance objectives • You must be a self-starter with the ability to learn along the way, such as our advanced database systems and technologies • You will also provide administrative support to our executives and staff by managing various projects, client database management, compiling and distributing marketing materials and mailings, conducting research, handling information requests, and more • You will be responsible for setting up, implementing, and managing all client and team events Qualifications: • Minimum two-year college degree (four years preferred) • Superior computer skills • Strong written and verbal communication • Ability to work independently and learn on the go • Strategic reasoning and critical thinking – set direction, identify opportunities • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguity • Interpersonal effectiveness • Excellent time management • Willingness to learn • Ability to make suggestions and give feedback on marketing strategies • Bilingual a plus About Company Ryan & Brian is a team of 10 real estate agents, 3 administrators, and 1 dedicated marketing designer.
