Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Ryan and Brian Team is a well-established and highly productive real estate team that has enjoyed steady growth in the Rio Grande Valley over the last 19-plus years. We want to take our sales to the next level and need an enthusiastic and experienced marketing professional to manage our ever-growing lead database and create even better marketing materials to promote our team. Our agents and administrators are positive, high-energy people with an appreciation for continuous personal growth and who enjoy being part of a successful team.Compensation: $35,000 + DOE + Bonuses based on team productionCompensation:$35,000 +Responsibilities:In this role, you will lead cross-functional efforts in the development and execution of marketing plan strategies, including:Client-focused marketing materials, strategic selling support, and promotionsYou will be responsible for communicating annual plans and performance objectivesYou must be a self-starter with the ability to learn along the way, such as our advanced database systems and technologiesYou will also provide administrative support to our executives and staff by managing various projects, client database management, compiling and distributing marketing materials and mailings, conducting research, handling information requests, and moreYou will be responsible for setting up, implementing, and managing all client and team eventsQualifications:Minimum two-year college degree (four years preferred)Superior computer skillsStrong written and verbal communicationAbility to work independently and learn on the goStrategic reasoning and critical thinking – set direction, identify opportunitiesAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment and deal with ambiguityInterpersonal effectivenessExcellent time managementWillingness to learnAbility to make suggestions and give feedback on marketing strategiesPhotography skills are a plusBilingual a plusAbout CompanyRyan & Brian is a team of 10 real estate agents, 3 administrators, and 1 dedicated marketing designer.
