Marketing & Advertising Manager Key Responsibilities: • Generate awareness that translates into sales through direct communication with the local consumer base and the introduction of client products and services • Set up and execute community-based outreach events, while maintaining professionalism in conversation and demeanor • Engage in meaningful conversation and build connections to foster community involvement and raise awareness and donations for our client’s causes • Identify specific target demographics and customize marketing initiatives to resonate with the community • Oversee event materials and promotional merchandise, with a primary focus on optimizing donation collection, and tracking • Track and report key performance indicators to assess both personal performance and the event's overall effects Event/Promotions Representative Qualifications: • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a myriad of demographics and backgrounds • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines • Outstanding self-management skills
