Marketing ​/ Advertising ​/ PR Coordinator, Business Administration

Are you creative? In this role, you will assist in executing marketing and design strategy for real estate projects in Charlotte, NC. This entry level position is an integral part of the Creative & Marketing team designed to keep work streams on track, while providing the opportunity for candidates to learn the fundamentals of project management and learn necessary Creative & Marketing skills. Duties include event ideation and coordination, basic presentation design, social media, project management, market research, as well as providing support to the Creative & Marketing department through general administrative support. • Source materials and selections as directed • Assist with the unboxing and movement of furniture, measuring rooms and items, and taking photos • May include managing 3rd party vendors for installation and mounting • Assist team with coordination of property amenity/improvement design & installation as needed • Assist with way finding design and implementation • Must be available to work some nights and weekends for events for on-site event support.
