Position: 2026-5871 The Communication Specialist supports the organization’s business development and strategic initiatives by creating, reviewing, and coordinating clear, effective written communications. This role provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the business development team, including proposal development, document management, proofreading, research, and content preparation.Assist in the crafting, coordination, and delivery of messaging that reflects company goals, values, and initiatives, ensuring clarity and consistency.Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.Create and manage social media initiatives supported by ongoing research and analysis.Create visual content aligned with marketing strategies and brand guidelines.Conduct market research to identify trends, customer behavior, and the competitive landscape.Assist in the design and development of promotional materials tailored to target audiences.Support the development of customer proposals, quotes, and RFP/RFI responses.Collaborate with internal departments to streamline response development processes and ensure consistent messaging aligned with business objectives.Coordinate with multiple departments to gather required information and ensure timely submission of responses, working closely with managers and technical staff as needed.Identify and clarify opportunities by attending meetings, analyzing client needs, and tailoring information effectively.Perform other duties as assigned.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, public relations, or a related fieldStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple deadlines effectivelyProficient with Microsoft Office ProductsStrong analytical and critical thinking skills2 Years’ experienceExperience in content creation or managementExperience with multiple social media platformsSedentary work -Occasionally exerting up to 10 pounds of force by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling or otherwise moving objects.
