We value strategic thinking, a sense of urgency, integrity, flexibility, and a winning attitude.Key Responsibilities Associates at Dezenhall are responsible for supporting unique communications and advocacy strategies that achieve winning outcomes for our clients.Supporting complex issue campaigns at local, state, federal, and international levelsDeveloping written and creative deliverables for internal teams and clients including reports, op-eds, background research, messaging documents and moreCreating client reports and presentationsConducting in-depth policy and topical researchMaintaining organization of program deliverables and overall project detailsOffering original strategic and tactical ideasCollaborating in conceptualizing, designing, and scaling creative and digital content for public affairs campaignsAnalyzing digital campaigns and providing recommendations on next steps based on data analytics and campaign objectivesMonitoring of relevant news media related to the Firm’s clients and news of the dayIdentifying and developing media and third-party advocacy relationships that advance our client’s objectivesSupporting account teams in managing client and vendor relationships, as well as in developing new business proposals and collateral materialsQualifications1 – 3 years of professional experience in political, communications, public affairs or advocacy roles working on political campaigns with elected officials, grassroots organizations, digital media firms, corporate communications teams or public affairs firmsSuperbly organized and detail-oriented, with strong writing skillsUnderstands the role of digital in influence and public affairs campaignsAbility to distill complicated concepts into digestible plans, messaging and other work productWorks well independently, as well as part of a team, and under tight deadlinesStrong willingness to learn, committed to continuous improvement and expanding knowledge and skillsetsExperience and/or interest in developing digital strategy and creative assets like ads, websites, video, social content, etc.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Canva and AdobeAbility to travel as neededCompensation & BenefitsThe salary range for an Associate is $65,000 – $80,000.Dezenhall Resources employees enjoy competitive salaries commensurate with experience and a generous benefits package including medical/vision/dental insurance, 401(k) with company matches, 11 Federal holidays plus paid time off (PTO) and much more.medical/vision/dental insurance401(k) with company matches11 Federal holidays plus paid time off (PTO)and much more#J-18808-Ljbffr
