Marketing, Advertising, Social Media Internship

A new and emerging dot com, Bizaily.com, located in Boise, is looking for a qualified intern to join our marketing, advertising, and social media team. Our marketing department team seeks an intern who can participate in various stages of online and in-person marketing campaigns. This intern should be willing and prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of marketing, product launch, and business development. Responsibilities • Assist in the creation of email campaigns and online promotion, etc. • Provide support of social media efforts • Assist in the distribution and delivery of marketing materials in Boise • Perform analysis of marketing and sales data • Analyze and research local companies marketing efforts • Enter and track potential client contact information • Monitor social media for trending topics and activities • Maintain report of marketing-related activities Requirements • Existing undergraduate student majoring in Marketing, Advertising, or Sales and living in the Boise area • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Extensive knowledge of social media and marketing campaigns • Driven, hard-working, friendly, outgoing, customer-service oriented • Ability to take direction and multi-task • Experience with social media platforms, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel experience a plus Benefits • Practical experience with current marketing and advertising techniques • Shadowing, mentoring, and training opportunities with successful co-founders • Opportunity to participate in networking events and company meetings • Flexible schedule for students (10hrs per week/2hrs per day) • Compensation available
