This is a part-time W-2 role starting at 20 hours per week, with strong potential to grow into a full-time position based on performance and client growth. You'll be the person responsible for every paid dollar our clients spend — from strategy to launch to optimization — plus the landing pages those ads drive to. You'll report directly to the founder and work primarily behind the scenes, focused on execution and results rather than client calls. Demonstrated success running paid media for businesses in the San Diego market (this is non-negotiable — we need local proof)Hands-on experience building landing pages in WordPress, Shopify, and WixStrong working knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag ManagerExperience with landing page platforms such as Unbounce, Instapage, or ElementorA portfolio of landing pages you've built, with KPI data showing how they performed (conversion rate, CPL, ROAS, etc. Work Location: In person
