The Marketing Advisor provides essential assistance to the client by supporting client communications, addressing client issues, and identifying potential upselling opportunities. Key Responsibilities Marketing Advisor: Perform daily administrative tasks to support the client, including requesting or submitting projects, submitting reallocations, and facilitating in setting proper client expectations.Conduct routine client check-ins and outreach to ensure satisfaction and address inquiries.Conduct monthly calls & quarterly check-ins with additional touchpoints scheduled as needed between calls.Working closely with Channel Marketing department with client engagement sequenceRespond promptly and professionally to client questions, escalating complex issues to the appropriate Account Development Manager or Sales Manager.Identify and document upselling or cross-sell opportunities during client interactions, passing leads to the designated Account Development Manager or Sales Manager.Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system, including documentation of monthly/quarterly check-ins.Assist with meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating internal follow-up activities.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and deliver positive client experience.
