About You: • Proficient in proposal and presentation writing • Proficient in selling websites, marketing, and graphic design projects • Experience in relevant marketing, consulting, or business strategy roles • Excellent leadership skills and an ability to inspire direct and cross-functional teams to produce quality work on time and within budget • HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification preferred • Proven ability to learn software (examples: Hubspot, Salesforce) • Proactive and relentless • Great interpersonal communication skills • Attention to detail with the ability to self-manage project deadlines and dependencies • Proven dedication to enabling quality through continuous improvement • Bachelor’s degree
