Description: Tracked Lifts is seeking a data-driven Marketing Analyst to support our growing marketing efforts by turning performance data into clear, actionable insights. This role will work closely with the Marketing Manager and our digital marketing agency to evaluate campaign performance, analyze lead sources, validate agency reporting, support backend event logistics, and measure ROI across marketing initiatives—including trade shows, paid media, and other digital campaigns. Required / Strongly Preferred • 2-4 year’s experience in marketing, analytics, or related role. • Hands-on experience with HubSpot reporting • Experience running paid media and reviewing performance (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) Application Question(s): • This is a fully on-site position in York, PA.
