Technology & Infrastructure • Partner with Digital Marketing in the management and optimization of the marketing technology stack (CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms) • Partner with Data Team to ensure data accuracy, integration, and system performance. • Lead implementation of customer data platforms and other digital experience tools as needed. • Translate analytics and advertising insights into actionable strategies and campaign improvements. • Experience with Google Analytics, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot), and marketing automation tools • Solid understanding of marketing attribution, funnel metrics, and lead conversion analytics • Proven ability to bridge marketing and technology for scalable results • Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and cross-functional collaboration
