Job Description As a member of the marketing organization, research and analyze the markets and competition to identify business opportunities for Oracle, the world's largest enterprise software company. In this role, you will work across marketing, marketing analytics, procurement, and marketing finance & operations teams to lead on strategy, planning, and execution of measurement and reporting of marketing activities. You will work closely and communicate often with various support teams, being the main point of contact for the team and representing the teams' goals and objectives. As a Marketing Analytics and Operations Manager - Field and Events, you understand marketing and the intersection of analytics and operations. What You'll Be Doing: Build and maintain dashboards to report on marketing measurement of activities through MRM and lead management via marketing and finance systems Provide data-driven insights on marketing spend, ROI, and efficiency to advise planning and marketing investments for marketing activities Manage marketing operations through MRM codes, budgets, POs, lead upload and tracking for all events, field marketing, and partner marketing Partner with finance and marketing collaborators to understand budget and track spend from budget to actual, advising key collaborators of deviations and opportunities Support ACX marketing leadership with ad hoc reporting on marketing budget and ROI required for business reviews Act as key liaison between all global operation teams including procurement, finance, and marketing operations Team lead on email decentralization requirements for integrated campaigns team for events, field marketing, and partner marketing Develop/improve processes to streamline operational effectiveness and efficiency Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a relevant field of study.
