As a Data Engineer on our Analytics team, you won’t just be "managing data" — you’ll be building the sophisticated infrastructure that powers our clients' competitive advantage.This role is responsible for designing, building and maintaining scalable marketing data infrastructure that powers reporting, attribution, analytics and strategic decision-making across client accounts. 3+ years of experience in data analytics, marketing analytics, or digital marketing, preferably within a digital marketing agency environment.Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and data visualization platforms such as Data Studio, Tableau or Power BI.Hands-on experience implementing and managing advanced website and marketing tracking through Google Tag Manager (GTM), including ecommerce tracking, custom event tracking and cross-platform integrations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize large datasets into meaningful business insights.Understanding of digital marketing channels and performance metrics, including SEO, paid media, social media and conversion optimization.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts and data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and commitment to data quality.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
