Ideal candidates will have at least 5+ years of legal experience in the digital media, advertising, entertainment, and/or social media space with: • Drafting contest and sweepstakes rules, sponsorships, joint promotion, and coupon offers • Online advertising and digital marketing, including display and banner ads, targeting, and insertion orders • Preparing templates related to display advertising, search marketing/optimization, ad targeting and re-targeting, web and search analytics, and ad networks • Negotiating MSAs, SOWs, content and merchandise licensing agreements, and general commercial transactions • Providing general legal support to marketing and advertising teams • A strong working knowledge of IAB terms, trademark and copyright protection, data and privacy issues, false advertising, consumer protection, and other relevant laws and regulations.
