About the position: This position will be assigned to the 773d FSS Marketing Department at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, AK.As a Regular Full-Time employee, you will have a work schedule of at least 35 hours and up to 40 hours per week.You are eligible for benefits including Health and Life Insurance, Awards, Leave, Retirement, 401K, Overtime Pay, Workers' Compensation, Shift Differential, Sunday Premium Pay, and Holiday Pay.DutiesExecute the 773d and 673d Force Support Squadron branding through messaging, copy, graphics, video, and promotional content for online distribution.Serve as the web designer, maintaining web page graphics and updating information.Research and recommend new software to support web infrastructure, including FSS website content and AFSVC digital platforms.Create, edit, publish, and manage digital content across websites, social media, and other digital mediums.Implement new technologies like artificial intelligence, recommend solutions, and perform web data analysis.Track web analytics and prepare monthly reports.Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop creative promotions and direct marketing strategies.Maintain accuracy and relevancy of digital content and make strategic digital media plans.Review content for quality and branding consistency.Create original video promotions.Maintain event calendars and update digital monitors and marquees.Assist in campaign planning, including print and digital materials.Coordinate with base agencies to ensure compliance with regulations.Meet with Facility/Activity Managers and perform duties requiring travel between facilities on JBER.Perform other related duties as assigned, including irregular hours for events.This is a drug testing position with mandatory random drug testing.If interested, preview the application at: Application LinkRequirementsComplete a background investigation with favorable results.Possess or obtain a valid U.S. state driver’s license.Subject to pre-employment and random drug testing.Shift work including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Resided in the U.S. or territories for three years prior to employment.Pass a physical exam for lifting requirements.QualificationsWho May Apply: Open to all, with eligibility determined by the application and supporting documents due by 05/07/2025.Experience or education in web design and multi-channel marketing is required, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS, and WordPress.
