Marketing and Brand Coordinator

Hawkins-Weir Engineers is seeking a highly capable Marketing & Brand Coordinator to support and execute external-facing communications and brand initiatives for our growing civil and environmental engineering firm. This role blends strategy and execution and is ideal for someone who can think at a high level while delivering polished, professional materials. Collaborate with leadership to align marketing efforts with business development and strategic growth goalsManage and execute advertising and marketing campaignsDevelop and maintain Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) and proposal support materials with client managersSupport engineers in the preparation of technical presentations, including messaging, graphics, and presentation materialsOversee website content strategy, messaging, and ongoing updates, coordinating implementation with internal teams and external developersPlan and coordinate client events, conferences, and industry engagementsAttend technical and industry conferences representing the firm, supporting brand visibility, networking, and business development effortsEnsure consistency across all brand-facing materials, including graphics, messaging, presentations, and collateralSupport employee recruiting efforts through employer branding, recruitment marketing materials, job postings, and career-focused communicationsLead social media strategy and content creationQualifications Self-starter who takes ownership and drives resultsComfortable working directly with senior leadershipStrategic thinker with hands-on execution skillsHigh attention to detail and strong professional presentation standardsExcellent communication skills with a consistently positive, professional attitudeCompensation & Benefits Benefits:
