Job Overview

Kitchen Tile and Stone is a showroom and home remodeling business offering cabinetry, countertops, natural stone, tile, flooring, and professional installation and remodeling services. We help homeowners bring their projects to life—from design and material selection through installation—and serve contractors, builders, and designers.

We are seeking a creative, organized, and self-driven Marketing & Brand Manager to take ownership of our marketing and brand presence. This is a hands-on role that goes beyond social media.

You will have the autonomy to develop ideas, organize your work, and execute initiatives within agreed-upon priorities and budgets. Working directly with ownership, you will be expected to take initiative, follow through, and recommend ways to grow the business—not wait for daily instructions.

Responsibilities

Plan and lead marketing: Maintain a marketing calendar, coordinate promotions, manage approved budgets, and align campaigns with our products, services, and business goals.
Create content and manage social media: Maintain a consistent Instagram presence and other relevant channels. Capture and publish photos, videos, project transformations, product highlights, and behind-the-scenes content.
Manage email and text campaigns: Create targeted communications that attract customers, encourage repeat business, and support promotions, loyalty programs, and events while respecting customer marketing preferences.
Maintain our online presence: Keep our website and Google Business Profile accurate and current, coordinate updates, monitor reviews and inquiries, and connect potential customers with our sales team.
Oversee branding and presentation: Coordinate showroom decorations, promotional displays, signage, merchandise, catalogs, and other marketing materials. Monitor vehicle wrap condition and arrange approved upkeep.
Build customer relationships: Organize client appreciation efforts, Christmas letters and cards, gifts, referral initiatives, and contractor or vendor events.
Coordinate people and resources: Work with showroom staff, sales, and project teams to gather information and content. Manage outside vendors and follow projects through to completion.
Measure and improve results: Track spending and campaign performance, report on inquiries and outcomes, test new approaches, and keep marketing files and accounts organized.

Requirements

Demonstrated hands-on marketing experience, with a portfolio or examples of work you personally created or managed.
Experience managing business social media accounts and producing quality photos, short-form videos, captions, and basic graphics.
Familiarity with email marketing, Google Business Profile, and basic website management; willingness to learn Square Marketing and our other business tools.
Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or comparable design and editing tools.
Strong writing, communication, organization, and follow-through, including the ability to manage deadlines, vendors, and approved spending.
Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, evaluate results, and bring practical recommendations to ownership.
Good visual judgment and an interest in home design, materials, and craftsmanship. Ability to work primarily on-site and visit local projects for content creation.

Experience in remodeling, construction, interior design, cabinetry, or building materials is preferred. Paid advertising, local search, and customer retention experience are also valuable.

Pay: $54,229.15 - $65,308.22 per year
