We're growing and we're looking for a sharp, self-motivated marketing professional to help us grow smarter.

The Role

This is a hands-on, ownership-level position - not a support role. You'll be building and managing our marketing presence from the ground up, driving business development efforts, and helping position Pustola & Associates as the go-to design-build firm in Connecticut. What You'll Do

Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn and other platforms — creating content, running ads, and growing our following with purposeBuild, maintain, and optimize our company websiteDevelop and execute email marketing campaigns targeting existing and prospective clientsIdentify new business leads through proactive research — including P&Z agendas, permit filings, industry news, and market trendsResearch and track relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities for firm leadershipCollaborate with our project team to develop compelling RFQ/RFP submittals for public and private procurementsDevelop project profiles, firm qualifications packages, and marketing collateralProduce organized weekly marketing meeting prep materials — upcoming opportunities, pipeline outlook, deadlines, and prioritiesBring fresh ideas to the table on how to position and promote the firm

What We're Looking For

2–5 years of marketing experience, ideally in construction, engineering, architecture, or professional servicesStrong writing and communication skills — you know how to make a contractor sound sharpProficiency with LinkedIn (including paid ads/Campaign Manager), email platforms, and CMS/website toolsWorking knowledge of SEO best practicesExperience supporting or producing RFP/RFQ responses is a strong plusComfortable working independently and managing your own prioritiesCreative and organized!Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
