Marketing And Business Development Coordinator

We're growing and we're looking for a sharp, self-motivated marketing professional to help us grow smarter. The Role You'll be building and managing our marketing presence from the ground up, driving business development efforts, and helping position Pustola & Associates as the go-to design-build firm in Connecticut. What We're Looking For 2–5 years of marketing experience, ideally in construction, engineering, architecture, or professional servicesStrong writing and communication skills — you know how to make a contractor sound sharpProficiency with LinkedIn (including paid ads/Campaign Manager), email platforms, and CMS/website toolsWorking knowledge of SEO best practicesExperience supporting or producing RFP/RFQ responses is a strong plusComfortable working independently and managing your own prioritiesCreative and organized!Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
