Marketing and Business Development Coordinator

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English or a related field 3+ years’ experience in researching, writing, and producing business proposals and presentations Previous experience in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction industry preferred Responsibilities: Gather research data related to competitors; past, current, and prospective markets; and relevant corporate experience Monitor online and print sources, including newspapers, magazines, and blogs Contribute to CRM maintenance and date entry related to clients, consultants, personnel, and mailing lists; maintain content library, including prior proposals, boilerplates, and visuals Embrace and implement brand standards Coordinate awards competition entries, ensure compliance with award requirements Manage firm special events and trade shows planning, execution, and follow up Maintain list of relevant resources and achieve proficiency in understanding applicable laws and regulations to ensure compliant RFQ/RFP responses Prepare or assemble written and visual information for client presentations Maintain scheduling and tracking systems for individual pursuit and proposal elements and status Produce and arrange on-time, fully compliant SOQs/proposal criteria Gather content from team and consultants as needed Track pre-submittal meeting scheduled and attendees, identify decision makers Record and distribute notes from pre-submittal and public sector meetings Maintain system to extract, categorize, and retrieve information related to clients, consultants, personnel, projects, prior proposals, boilerplate, visuals, and mailing lists Additional responsibilities as assigned Required Skills: About the Firm: Founded in 1969, Moseley is an interdisciplinary design practice focused on the bedrock institutions and gathering places of communities across the United States.
