Marketing and Business Support Coordinator

Edit and format written communications and quotes for clarity, brevity, and typographical errors Develop marketing materials, including custom graphics, satisfaction surveys, email signatures, and layouts, for promotional emails and advertising Design, update, and maintain website (WordPress-hosted) and social media platforms Design and format Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents for professional internal and external communications Prepare, update, distribute, and manage timely return of monthly tracking reports Maintain and improve Microsoft Access databases for proposal tracking, customer invoicing, equipment checklists, etc. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a professional environment performing similar duties Friendly, customer service-oriented attitude and communication skills Skilled at independently tracking open items, following up, and securing timely responses from coworkers to meet deadlines Excellent verbal and written skills; an understanding of the rules of grammar Working knowledge of graphic and photo-editing software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop) Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions Knowledgeable co-workers who are eager to assist others Opportunity to suggest improvements and find creative ways to do things better Established business has a long record of growth and retaining productive team members; about half of our employees have been with the company for at least 20 years Competitive salary with annual performance bonus Company profit-sharing retirement plan Paid holidays and vacation Company-paid health insurance with vision coverage and company-paid Health Savings Account (HSA) contributions; life/long term disability insurance
