The Marketing and Communications Specialist collaborates closely with members of the Member Solutions and Strategies, Community Investment and Mortgage Partnership teams, as well as internal partners from various member-facing departments (and Human Resources) to conceive, plan and produce effective and efficient print and digital communications for a variety of channels. Key Responsibilities: • Work with other members of the team, assist with the implementation of an integrated plan for overall member communications including required notifications and updates, marketing messages, and product related communications utilizing the most efficient and effective channels. • Strong knowledge of and experience with social media platforms. • Experience in B2B marketing and communications preferred. This salary range represents the Bank’s good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of hire.
