The Marketing and Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing and communications plan for NAMI Iowa and for the Iowa Office of Recovery Services. The plan includes strategies for digital marketing, website content, written communications, public relations and media engagement, enhancing brand awareness, and other marketing and communication channels. · Recommend and implement strategies, for paid and earned media, to drive traffic to the website and encourage people to engage. · Serve as a liaison to media when requested, working with the Executive Director to produce and manage public facing content. · Design and distribute an annual report by the end of the first quarter each year.
