Marketing and Communications Specialist

Brand & Creative Support • Support the development and coordination of branded materials, such as: • Event flyers • Community brochures • Print ads and digital graphics • Assist with the preparation and formatting of PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders. What You Bring to the Table • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a marketing or communications role • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) • Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, ActiveDemand, etc.) • Strong organizational and project management skills • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative setting • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign and Illustrator) is a strong plus
