Marketing and Communications Associate

The Marketing & Communications Associate is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, campaigns, and content that share the impact of Villa of Hope. This role oversees branding, graphic design, communications, digital media, and storytelling to support fundraising, events, and internal initiatives. Working closely with the Agency Advancement team, this position plays a vital role in engaging the community, increasing visibility, and enhancing donor and public engagement. • Support development and fundraising communications projects and is a member of the agency advancement committee • Supports youth internships in collaboration with Villa’s Vocational Education and Work Based Learning Program. • Strong editing, written and verbal communication skills with an ability to create compelling marketing materials • Graphic design experience required.
