Marketing and Communications Manager

About our Team This role is responsible for elevating our presence in the market, guiding our brand voice, and managing key agency relationships to ensure messaging is aligned and impactful. What You Will Bring: • 5–7 years of experience in marketing, communications, PR, or brand strategy • Strong writing and editing skills across formats, including press releases, executive messaging, website copy, and social media content • Experience leading PR or media relations efforts, including drafting and distributing press releases and managing media outreach • Familiarity with brand management, including setting tone, messaging, and visual consistency across channels • Experience working with executive teams on visibility initiatives (e.g., speaking engagements, authored content, interviews) • Bonus: Experience in B2B marketing or startup environments is a plus • Equity Compensation • 401k • Unlimited PTO • Health and Wellness Stipend • Flexible Work Hours • Hybrid Schedule
