Reporting to the Marketing Director, this role focuses on day-to-day content execution, publishing, coordination, and performance tracking—bringing Portside’s brand, campaigns, and communications to life through consistent, high-quality digital and written touchpoints. Core ResponsibilitiesBrand & Marketing Execution • Design and produce print and digital marketing assets using established templates and creative systems • Perform quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to brand standards before publishing • Assist with publishing press releases, brand announcements, and related digital content Project Management & Operations • Manage tasks, track deadlines, and follow workflows for projects using Asana • Maintain an organized and updated marketing asset database Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in marketing • Strong background in digital marketing, social media management, and digital platforms • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe) • Experience managing business social platforms on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various individuals internally and externally
