Title: Marketing & Communications Specialist (local candidates only)
Reports to: Director of Marketing, Research & PR
Education: Marketing or similar degree
Experience: 4 years
Salary range: $50k annually
We’re seeking a proactive, creative marketer to work full-time from our downtown Boise office to help grow Colliers Idaho’s brand and property visibility. This role supports the brokerage team through content creation, project management, events, PR, digital ads and campaign reporting. You’ll coordinate marketing materials, manage property websites, assist the Marketing & Research team with project management and help execute strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
● Create web content
● Coordinate events and campaigns
● Support the marketing director with planning and strategy
● Maintain property listings, run reports and share insights
● Collaborate with brokerage team on lead-gen and promotions
● Edit and proof marketing assets
● Assist with graphic design and public relations as needed
Preferred skills & experience:
● BA/BS in marketing or equivalent
● Strong writing, project management, attention to detail and multitasking skills
● Knowledge of SEO, MS Office and Asana
● HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite (Ps, Id) and CMS experience
● Real estate background is a plus
