The ideal candidate understands the "big picture" of communications for a social justice organization and is responsible for planning how digital messaging, public relations, and traditional communications are shared with various audiences. Key Responsibilities • In cooperation with the Senior Director of Marketing and Development, plan, manage and set the strategic direction of YWCA Tulsa’s marketing and communications for Programs, Fundraising and Community Support, and organizational goals in support of the mission. • Design and create all content for the YWCA Tulsa website, social media channels, and print materials. • Manage the external events calendar and track all branded materials and signage for events. • Minimum 5 years of experience in Communications, Public Relations, or Content Marketing required; content creation and production experience preferred.
