We are seeking a multi-talented creative to join our team as the Marketing and Communications Coordinator and serve as the voice and visual architect of the organization. As our Marketing and Communications Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating digital and print collateral (including infographics and brochures), capturing photo and short-form video content at community events, managing and growing our multi-channel social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), and supporting the rollout of our rebranded visual identity. Position Summary: The Marketing and Communications Coordinator is a multi-talented creative who serves as the voice and visual architect of the organization, ensuring Make Way for Books’ mission and work is communicated with beauty, clarity, and consistency. Reporting to and collaborating closely with the COO, this role involves switching between graphic design, storytelling, and digital strategy to translate organizational impact into compelling content for donors, partners, and beneficiaries. 24 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or graphic design.
